DELIVERY TERMS – GENERAL PROVISIONS
SCOPE
These provisions govern the preparation, shipment, and delivery of orders placed via our website for British food products intended for international delivery.
ORDER EXECUTION
Following order confirmation, we perform verification, picking, and packing prior to handover to a nominated carrier. All items are handled in accordance with food safety standards.
CARRIER APPOINTMENT
We engage international freight operators and local distribution agents to ensure delivery performance across different markets.
TRACKING FACILITY
Where available, we provide a tracking reference through which customers may observe consignment progress based on carrier-generated scan events.
DELIVERY ADDRESS OBLIGATIONS
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to supply a complete, correct, and current delivery address. Inaccurate details may result in failed delivery and additional charges.
RECEIPT OF CONSIGNMENT
Delivery is affected either to the named recipient or in line with the carrier’s local delivery rules. A signature may be required for insurance purposes.
FORCE MAJEURE AND EXTERNAL DELAYS
Factors outside our control – including adverse weather, customs delays, and third-party strikes – may extend delivery periods. Such events do not constitute a breach.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If damage is evident upon arrival, customers are advised to retain all packaging, photograph the condition, and report to our service team promptly.
NON-DELIVERY / MISSING CONSIGNMENT
Where tracking confirms delivery but the parcel is not found, customers should first inspect surrounding locations and then contact our support desk with the order reference.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Our service desk handles delivery-related enquiries. Please provide your order number and tracking code to enable rapid assistance.
